On Friday morning Ella Rae and Alden came up to the hospital to meet baby Haven! I couldn’t wait for them to get there and when they did arrive....they jumped in the hospital bed with me and Haven! They felt huge after snuggling with our new baby girl! It was a precious visit - they were puzzled with the idea that she came out of my belly but excited to hold her. Haven got them each a new toy, which they loved!
We had several people come and visit us on Friday and meet our baby girl which was was very special! On Friday evening we packed up and headed home - woohoo! I could have stayed one more night but begged our docs to let us go home and actually get some rest. Those hospital beds are not very comfortable and nurses were required to come and check vitals for me and Haven every few hours. Our experience at Northeast Georgia Medical Center was once again a beautiful one! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with such respect and kindness.
