Showered with Love!

On January 8th my sweet friends Teresa and Kerri gave me a baby shower! It was beautiful! It was held at our neighborhood meeting house and was decorated in a precious Alphabet Theme. They had delicious food, a coffee bar (serving gourmet coffee!), and of course my fav "Kerri Cupcakes"....pound cake cupcakes! I was completely surrounded by friends that love me and support me! These beautiful women have all made my life better simply for being my friends! God is sooo good!

I was overwhelmed with sweet presents including lots of diapers! We played 2 games...the first you had to select a blue or pink onesie based on what you thought I was having and then right down when you thought the baby would be here. It was so neat to see what everyone thought....and for the record...we did have a partial winner....Teresa guessed the birthday correctly. More on that later.... And the second game was so sweet - as we went around the room each girlfriend gave me a little piece of advice....date nights, find reasons to say celebrate your kiddos, ask for help etc. It was so special!
