Back to School!

September 6th was the first day back to school for Ella Rae and Alden's absolute 1st day of school! They were so excited - new lunch boxes, new book bags, new teachers and new school t-shirts! We are so incredibly blessed to have Celebration Academy for our children; not only to learn the skills necessary to prepare them for kindergarten but to teach them daily about our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. They attend chapel weekly, learn bible songs, stories, and scripture. They are so very loved by everyone there.

Back to School Breakfast

September 6th, 2011 - Back to School (it's so hard to get a picture with both munchkins looking at the camera)

Alden never attended Mommy's Morning Out, like Ella Rae did when she was 18 months old, because of his late birthday. So this was his first year of preschool - beginning in the 2-year old class with Ms. Laura and Ms. Debbie (Ella Rae's teachers last year)! They are so wonderful and love on those babies all day! He attends Tuesday and Thursday and loves it! He practically jumps out of the van to get inside....it melts my heart.

Ella Rae attends Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I can hardly believe she goes 3 days a week now - Alden actually gets upset when we drop her off on Wednesday and he doesn't get out too. She is in Ms. April and Ms. Carol's class. They are super as well! It's so neat to see how she's really beginning to learn things and comes home with worksheets for us to complete together. She loves that!
