Poor Bruiser!

Later....on the evening of Sat, April 7th (Sunday Easter Eve)....Alden fell while up at the church with daddy and sliced open his upper lip. It was awful!! I was at home with Haven trying to rest when I got the call from Brad. He was already at Urgent Care - they decided they couldn't sedate him to stitch up his lip SO Brad came and got me and we headed to Children's Health Care of Atlanta. They were wonderful! We opted for a plastic surgeon to come and make the repair. Alden was so brave and hilarious once again when given the Versed. It looked pretty bad but the plastic surgeon ensured us that it would heal nicely as he grew.

On Sunday we just stayed home with poor Alden and prepared a small Easter lunch to enjoy as a family! It turned out to be a sweet time together just being!
